Here at Smiles on Main, your safety has always been our top priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted additional policies to keep you and our team safe. Each team member at Smiles On Main is screened daily for symptoms and wears a mask at all times while in the office. You may notice during your visit that our staff is now using face shields and washable gowns that are changed between every patient. This is in addition to the PPE (Protective Personal Equipment) that we have already been using to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Medical grade air purifiers capable of filtering viral particles are placed throughout the office and are cleaning the air 2.5x every 15 minutes. Our post-treatment cleaning procedures have always met or exceeded OSHA standards. You can rest assured that careful disinfection and sterilization techniques have always been, and will continue to be, standard practice in our office. In an effort to facilitate social distancing and minimize contact with other patients, incoming patients are now asked to remain in their cars until they can be properly screened and are brought directly to a treatment room by their provider. We have added state-of-the-art technology to make our check-in and check-out processes as hands-free as possible. Digital copies of all forms, treatment, and payment plans can be filled out through our convenient app (Modento) on your device, or on one of our tablets that are disinfected after every use. If assistance is needed with this new technology, one of our team members is happy to help! It is our duty and pleasure to do our part to keep you and your family safe during these times. Please feel free to reach out directly if you have any questions or concerns.
We reserve at least 60 minutes for all of our new patient visits, that way Dr. Regenold and our team have plenty of time to get to know you. This first visit is also your chance to get to know us and tell us a little about your dental history and any issues that brought you to our office.
Probably! We’re in-network providers for most insurance plans. Even if we’re not on your list, we’ll still help you make the most of your benefits. Call us about your plan! We also offer low monthly payment plans to help you fit the cost of dental treatment into your budget. Visit our Financial page to learn more.
We love to see kids, and we highly recommend that all children visit a dentist by their first birthday. This first visit is usually very basic, with Dr. Regenold performing a visual exam to make sure that all of your child’s teeth are erupting properly and that there are no developmental issues in the mouth or jaw. He’ll also give you some tips for caring for your child’s first teeth until he or she can brush normally.
The greatest benefit of early first visits to our Spring Hill dental office is the confidence kids gain from “test driving” the dental chair before their first full checkup. Not only will future dental visits be much less intimidating—they might even be fun!
We’ve all been there: you broke a filling or your child has chipped his tooth, but you can’t get a dental appointment for two or three days. That won’t happen at Smiles on Main, because we know that sometimes you can’t wait even one day to get your smile back. Dr. Regenold reserves openings in his daily schedule to accommodate dental emergencies, so you’ll never have to wait in pain. Just give us a call!
